Mildred Parker
Graveside services for Mrs. Mildred Parker, age 85 of Bumpass, Virginia, formerly of the Goosepond Community of Coffee County, will be conducted at 11am, Wednesday, September 26 at the Adam Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Barry Phelps officiating. Mrs. Parker departed this life on Thursday, September 20, 2012 in Richmond, Virginia.
Mrs. Parker was born in the Goosepond Community of Coffee County the daughter of the late Levi Orman Parker and Inez Miriam Leek Parker. She was an operations manager for Merrill Lynch, Fenner & Smith and was a veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1963 until 1967. Mrs. Parker was formerly a member of the Goosepond Methodist Church and enjoyed bowling and playing bridge. She was a graduate of Manchester Central High School in 1945 and attended Georgia State University. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Orman Parker, Jr., and by a sister Bernice Allen. Her survivors are: one sister, Phyllis Mason of Virginia; two brothers, Austin D. Parker of Murfreesboro, Christopher Douglas Parker of Lilburn, Georgia

Juanita Joyce Blanton
Funeral services for Juanita Joyce Blanton, age 69 of the Blanton Chapel Community of Coffee County, will be conducted at 11am, Saturday, September 29 at the Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Alan Adams and Bro. Carl Sims officiating. Burial will follow in the New Reddens Cemetery. Visitation with the Blanton family will be from 5pm until 9pm, Friday at Manchester Funeral Home. Mrs. Blanton passed away Thursday morning at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Blanton was born in Coffee County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Roy G. Blanton and Johnnie Naomi Banks Blanton. She was retired from Tennessee Apparel Company and was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Manchester. Her survivors are: one Sister, Fay (James) Bishop of Manchester; niece, Angela Mullins of Manchester; nephew- Dwayne (Kim) Mullins of Mancheste; great nieces and nephews, Courtney Mullins, Bobby Mullins, Tina Farrar, Mandy Haley, Brian Farrar and David Farrar, all of Manchester.

Patricia Ann Munger
Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Munger, age 90, of Manchester will be conducted Wednesday, September 26, 2012, graveside at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Sacramento, California. Local visitation will be held Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 4 PM until 6 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Munger passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012 in Manchester.
